Subscription Overview

By subscribing to Your Virtual Business Manager, you will gain full access to a comprehensive suite of tools and features available in your CRM platform. These features are designed to help you effectively manage and track customer interactions, automate workflows, and enhance your business operations.

Billing & Payment

Subscription Charge

Your subscription fee of $197/month or $1,970/year, depending on the plan you select, will be charged after your initial trial period.

Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Your Virtual Business Manager to charge your credit card or draft your bank account for the monthly or annual subscription fees, depending on which plan you select.

Messaging & Usage Fees

Email and text messaging are billed by usage and are separate from your monthly subscription fee. These channels are not included in the flat subscription price. You pay for what you send, so your costs scale with the volume of emails, text messages, email verifications, and calls your account generates.

How the Messaging Wallet Works

Your account carries a prepaid messaging balance, often called a "wallet." Every email, text message, email verification, and outbound call draws down from this balance. When the balance runs low, it automatically reloads in $10 increments so your messages and campaigns keep sending without interruption.

Your account starts with a $10 prepaid messaging credit, and each automatic reload is also $10. To give you a rough sense of what that covers, $10 spent entirely on a single channel works out to approximately 14,800 emails, or 1,260 text message segments, or 830 minutes of outbound calling, based on the illustrative rates below. These are single-channel ballpark figures, not a combined allowance or a guarantee, and a longer text message may use more than one segment.

Why You May See Several Identical Charges

During a high-volume send, your balance can be drawn down and automatically reloaded several times in quick succession. This is why you may see multiple charges of the same amount (for example, several $10 charges) in a row on your statement. These are automatic balance reloads, not duplicate or accidental charges. Each reload simply tops your balance back up so sending continues.

Current rates are set by the platform, not by Your Virtual Business Manager, and may differ from the illustrative figures above. The live, authoritative rates and your current balance are always viewable in your account's billing and wallet settings. Please check there for the most up-to-date pricing rather than relying on any third-party figures.

Changes to Subscription Terms

Your Virtual Business Manager reserves the right to modify the terms of this subscription. Subscribers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

Compliance & Responsible Use

Anti-Spam Compliance

You agree to use the email and SMS marketing tools in compliance with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, and any other relevant regulations. Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or any other form of disruptive communication is strictly prohibited.

A2P 10DLC Compliance

For SMS marketing, you must comply with A2P 10DLC regulations, including proper registration and adherence to guidelines to avoid penalties and ensure deliverability.

Violation of these terms or engagement in abusive or spam-like behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with no refund for any remaining subscription period.

Cancellation & Refunds

No Refund Policy

All subscription fees, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing period, regardless of when cancellation is requested. To cancel, please contact our customer service team before your next billing cycle.

Data Export

Upon cancellation, you will have the ability to export your customer data from the CRM.

Account Transfer

Transfer of your account to another agency is not included. If a transfer is granted, additional fees will apply. There is no guarantee that your account will be transferable, and any automations or configurations created during your subscription may not be included in the transfer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Virtual Business Manager's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the service, regardless of the form of action, will not exceed the total fees you paid to Your Virtual Business Manager in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Your Virtual Business Manager will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations.

Your Virtual Business Manager is committed to protecting the privacy of the data relating to our users and their clients. We will collect, store, use, and protect any personal information that you share with us. We will not share your information with anyone, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Throughout this Privacy Policy, we refer to our website, web-based applications, and related services collectively as the "Service." This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected offline or from other sources. Your Virtual Business Manager may use certain aggregated or anonymized information for purposes such as analyzing how the Service is used, diagnosing technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.

Protecting Personal Information

All information is securely stored on our servers in the United States. We employ industry-standard security practices to protect PII and any information provided relating to your clients.

Third-party client information provided to Your Virtual Business Manager by users is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, unless required by law or subpoena, or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process.

Although Your Virtual Business Manager employs reasonable levels of data security, we cannot guarantee the security of PII or other information provided to us. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that you use it at your own risk.

Sharing Personal Information

Your Virtual Business Manager will not rent or sell your personal information to others. We may share your information with a limited number of partners for the explicit purpose of providing services to you. Any such third parties' use of your information will be bound by terms at least as restrictive as this Privacy Policy.

As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer and visitor information is generally one of the transferred assets in such transactions, including in the case of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.

We will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required by law or subpoena, or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with legal process, enforce our User Agreement, protect against liability, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Your Virtual Business Manager, our customers, or others.

In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a security breach, Your Virtual Business Manager will promptly notify those affected, in accordance with applicable law, via email or as otherwise required.

Your Virtual Business Manager shall not be liable for the transfer or loss of personal information resulting from data loss or corruption, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, acts of vandalism, sabotage, terrorism, or any other event outside our reasonable control.

Your Choices

You may decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Service, in which case certain services may not be available to you. You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging in to your account or contacting us as described below.

Information Relating to Minors

Your Virtual Business Manager does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not send us any information about yourself. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor under age 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us.
