This is not a call to talk through ideas. We build it, start to finish. You leave with real work done and a recording to reference how we did it.
Confirm first: Builds run one hour, and not every request fits. Tell me what you want to build and I will confirm an hour will do it before you book.
Before you book
A build session is one hour on the call, so I want to be sure what you need fits in it. Send me what you have in mind and I will tell you if one hour will do it, or if we should plan it differently.

You are booking an hour on the call, but the Build is more than an hour of my time. When we hang up, I go back through what we made and tie up the loose ends, so you get something finished and working instead of almost there.
That is the difference from a Strategy session. Strategy gets you clear on what to do. A Build gets the work done, and then checked and closed out.
Come knowing what you want to walk away with. The more specific, the better. This session moves fast and every minute counts.
The pace is intentional. More gets done when the clock is ticking. You will not be stuck watching setup or slides.
This is a build session, not a consulting call. You get tangible output, whether that is a workflow, a system, or a mapped out process ready to implement.
The session is recorded and I follow up on the loose ends afterward. Review it at your own pace, share it with your team, or reference it when you go to implement.
